Such fantastic service! Sometimes I feel like the shops are not happy when you buy and use a Groupon… That is not the case here at all! They welcome to Groupon, and for first-time customers they even send you away with a gift!

My Audi Q5 SUV engine crashed at 133,000 miles. It happened on a Saturday….and I had to have it towed…somewhere. I Googled shops that worked on Audi’s. Didn’t have good experiences w the dealerships. I saw Dragonfly…got good reviews….and open Sat. So I took a chance and called them. Tom said they had someone who specializes in Audi’s. I had it towed over…which is in a fairly convenient location. I really thought I was going to have to get another car. It took a couple of days to evaluate. The diagnosis was…the engine was gone. Tom said to give him a few days to see what he could do. They called me w a reworked engine…with all new parts…installed at a reasonable price (still Really A lot!!) BUT…..much ..much better than having to invest in another car. And Now…my car purrs …..and runs like a top. I was impressed w the professionalism and organization. They got this done in a very short time as well. All in all….for such a horrible thing happening….Dragonfly made it the best experience and outcome.
