Tom & Julio are by the far nicest, accommodating & fastest automative place I've ever been! I usually cringe going to these places because I usually get charged premium and then treated like nothing. Here, I had to cancel the and reschedule my appt on the same day and they took me without any gripes and honored the groupon price. Most places told me I needed full synthetic but they found out I could take a blend which saved me more than $50 now. They don't over price you and give you the run around. On top of that they let me know my wipers needed to get replaced and I told them I didn't have the funds at the moment, it was my bday weekend and after driving across country I had to stay on a strict budget. Then that's when Julio and Tom gifted me windshield wipers for bday! I just about cried for their generosity! I will only be taking my automative needs here to Dragonfly Automative from now on and telling all my friends as well. You won't be disappointed of the work and kindness they show! I couldn't be more pleased!

This has been the first place where I trust to take my car for its general maintenance since I moved to San Diego. Julio is very attentive and fair. The Dragonfly team will always look out to give outstanding service without taking advantage of you (specially if you are a female). Will be coming back !

This place is great, a better price than all the other quotes I get, the staff is funny, Knowledgable and make u feel like your in good hands. As well as fast and let you know exactly what you need done without trying to oversell you on stuff you dont need.

Wowow! These guys are the consummate professionals. Tom is smart, engaging and knowledgeable: always seeking to help people and solve problems at the best possible price. These guys really care, about their customers. It’s evident in all they do! Julio went above and beyond - even offering to help me with the opportunity youth we serve via our YouthBuild non-profit (some cant make it to school when their cars break down because they don’t have the money to fix them! ) Unlike others, it’s evident these guys arent in the biz to simply turn a fast buck and gouge people with extra fees. (But do expect a fast laugh. They clearly enjoy their work - and bantering with their customers!) I left Dragonfly with a smile on my face, a chocolate truffle in my tummy (thanks, Tom!) my Mercedes running smoothly - and my wallet intact. I’ll be using the good men at Dragonfly for any automotive repairs I have going forward. You should, too❣️

These guys are very kind & helpful. Took care of my Subaru! Only thing was my car went in with a full tank & I picked it up it was on empty. As long as my car is running healthy I can let my empty gas tank slide.

Your vehicle came in with 94655 miles and went out at 94658 (repair order #10772).We had to drive 3 miles to check the issue with the check engine light (Evap system) and also to check the transmission fluid after the service. The only reason I gave them a 4 star rating is because I was there for over 2 hours for a simple oil change. When I went to go check on the status of my car after 1 hour they told me they had forgotten about me & moved me to the front. They apologized and took nearly $50 worth of work off my bill, which was great! So, in the end, they redeemed themselves & turned a negative into a positive!
