Went in for an oil change and tire rotation; my wife was very pleased and was well treated. We had a minor inconvenience with a lug nut which I didn't discover for about a month until I took my car in elsewhere for a tire change. Short story: they really went to great lengths to make it right, they stood behind their work, and responded with such kindness my wife was nearly brought to tears. These people are the type of people I want to support. We will be back for future work here. Long story: I called in and explained the situation and in a very caring, understanding, tone I was told to bring my receipt and come by and they would make it right and that they stood by their work. I honestly was prepared to fight and the response was so kind I was surprised. When we returned, they quickly amended the issue, apologized for the inconvenience numerous times and gave us a coupon for our trouble. It has been years since we have encountered such excellence in customer service, and for a very small issue they demonstrated a great deal of character and ownership in their work. We have already made plans to have additional work done here for this reason. I am still in disbelief due to how well we were treated; why can't other businesses treat us like Dragonfly treated us?
