I am visiting from out of town (Seattle) and my check engine light came on with a severe error. We are planning to travel back to Seattle in three days and all of the Lexus dealers couldn't get my car in for a week or more. I was referred to DragonFly and my experience has been very good. The first guy I talked with (Julio) was very helpful and said he could get me in the next day. He met me at the entrance and walked me through what they would do. They had my car for 24 hours and reset the code and said the testing they had done indicated that everything was fine. They charged me $0 and sent me on my way. I am very pleased with the service and the outcome. They are very professional and talk you through everything they will do and have done to your car. Thanks very much DragonFly!
