I love Julio, I've been coming to him since before he opened his own auto shop (4/5 years now). He is always available, he always checks my car thoroughly, he gives me amazing prices and he always try's to make sure I'm taken care of. He is super funny, sweet, and really all about his customers. His employees are very friendly and they answer any question you have about your car or service. I love coming to his shop. I was recommended by a friend to come here for car maintenance, and was very pleased. I took my used lexus ls430 in that i just bought for an oil change (they performed oil change, replaced the oil filter, rotated my tires, checked brakes, and performed 24 point inspection) and my total bill was $27.92 total. It had a lower shield engine cover in that was hanging down that they replaced and installed for about 5 times cheaper than I could have gotten it from Lexus. Julio helped me out and he was very knowledgeable and honest about everything. This was by far the best experience that I have had at a vehicle maintenance shop. If I still lived in San Diego, I would definitely come back here for any type of vehicle issues. I would definitely recommend using them to anyone.

Julio and his team did an amazing job of repairing and detailing my daughter's car after it was stolen and the thieves crashed it. Fast, friendly, and affordable...we love Dragonfly!

I came in with a groupon but they treated me like I was one of their regular customers. I've seen mechanic shops, grew up around them (my dad) this place seems legit. Excellent Service

The absolute best car repair/maintenance service I'VE EVER RECEIVED! Julio is so knowledgeable, approachable, caring and made me feel complete confidence in leaving my car in his hands. He even went so far as to call the dealership to double check a recall on my vehicle. When I got my car back it ran the best it's ever run (I'm pushing over 130k miles) and I don't want to share all his 5 Star customer service secrets, but let's just say he left me a sparkling surprise upon pick up!!!!! Thank You so much Dragonfly! You earned a customer for life.

Julio is awesome! My battery died about a mile away from the shop. I walked in after hours and he offered to come with me to my car to try and help jump it. With no luck, he offered to pull my car for free back to their shop in the morning. Seriously such a nice guy! Prices are reasonable as well.

I've been to Julio twice last year, and each time I went he impressed me with his help and knowledge. He has checked my shocks, changed my filter and oil, and taught me how to turn off the factory maintenance warning on my car that goes up automatically every few months. On my last visit, when my car battery kept dying after I had left on vacation for 2 weeks, he ran the charge on my battery and told me that it was working perfectly fine and I didn't have to buy a brand new one for around $80. Instead, I just needed to drive my prius on the freeways for an hour to fully charge it, which worked wonderfully. I learned that it is a common problem for a Prius to lose its battery charge when it isn't being driven every few days, so now every time I go on vacation I just get it boosted and drive it on the highway for a while. I will definitely go back to Dragonfly automotive for all my car needs, and it's annual checkup and maintenance which is coming up very soon. He used to work for Toyota and I trust him to take care of my car.

Brought my Ford Fusion and My husband's Scion TC for oil change. Julio and his team were very accommodating and personable. Awesome customer service and really good deals. We found our go to mechanic place!
