Dragonfly is awesome! I have taken my car here several years and I am never disappointed. My most recent issue with my car is the tint on my back window started to bubble up. Glen and his crew took care of it no problem. Replacing tint on the back window is not easy either. It is an all day process and they have to strategically remove all the tint around the defroster so that it doesn't damage the defroster. This is very hard to do, and most people would not be able to execute this as well as Glen's team did. I have also had a couple windows go out on me (pretty common for BMW's) Usually it happens one by one... Fortunately, Glen came to the rescue. Not only did he give me the most amazing prices, but my car was in and out of there within a couple of hours! This shop does it all. Body work, oil changes, maintenance, and the list goes on. The staff is very friendly, very professional, and I am always greeted with a warm smile. Glen and his team are the only people I trust with my car. He is beyond trustworthy and is always on top of his stuff. Not to mention, the prices are always unbeatable. I have recommended and refereed a bunch of family and friends here, and they also have all become loyal customers of Glens. On top of everything, my car is so sparkling clean when i come to pick it up! Keep up the great work!

if you want to know what customer service is, look no further than Dragonfly Auto. I've been living in San Diego for 12 years, and this is by far the best shop I've found for total value. Glen and his crew are super knowledgeable, professional, and go way above and beyond to fix up your car. Dragonfly Auto was recommended by a co-worker of mine, and my wife and I are so glad we followed her suggestion as we've been more than satisfied with them. They treat you like friends at this place and you really can't complain about that. I'll be a repeat customer forever now...thank you Glen!

Being a woman owned limousine company, I can tell you the horror stories of how many people have tried to take advantage of me regarding service. I was referred over to Dragonfly Auto by a friend of mine because the air conditioner wasn't working in my limo bus. They were able to fix the hose that had a hole in the line instead of having to replace the whole unit which would have cost me a couple thousand dollars. Glen and Robert were very honest with me and did not take advantage for the situation. They also specialize in auto body work, and have done an amazing job on my limos!! Another thing that I love about Dragonfly is that they have a girl mechanic as well. You don't find that very often!!

glen's the best! he doesn't over charge for services and he does a great job. i sent my coworkers and friends to him and he always takes care of them too. Thanks Glen!

Awesome!! Awesome!! Awesome!! Glen and his team went above my expectations on fixing my car. In addition to the work that I brought my car in for, they cleaned my car inside and out. When picking up my car I expressed how great they were and mentioned about my visit to a dealer that was going to charge me $150.00 to fix my washer fluid pump. I planned on livng without the washer fluid. After listening to the story, the Dragonfly mechanic said he wanted to look at the washer fluid problem and see if he can see why it did not work. He showed me it was not the pump, but a clog in the container. He fixed it on the spot and asked for nothing in return. WOW!! This place is amazing. They care about you and your car!!

Glen over at Dragonfly is a good guy and thoroughly explains how he will take care of your car and not overcharge you for the work done. The first time I took my car to Dragonfly it was a strange experience because I never spoke with Glen and received helped from what in assuming was one of his mechanics. The guy told me a bolt head had popped off in my engine and because it was is such a hard place they had to remove the engine block to replace it. Very costly and I thought I was being taken for a fool. I left and a few months later returned to the same shop for another oil change. This time I dealt with Glenn and he said he didn't see any missing bolt head but that the oil filter was all broken apart and the oil was black. Immediately I told him that the last time I changed my oil was at the same place. He had no record of my car ever being there. Weird, but ok I gave it a shot. Glenn took care of my car and changed the oil for a great price and looked over a bunch of my other inquiries. I strongly recommend if you take your car here to only deal with him. The other mechanics there didn't seem as good or helpful. Overall, the first experience was strange so I docked a star but dealing with Glen was great so he gets most of the rating and the rest is for the price. FYI, they park about 100 cars in this lot so youll see a show with how they maneuver your car in and out. Scary if you are paranoid about dents.

Glen is awesome! I brought by car in to have it lowered. I got there around noon on Thursday and he graciously accepted my car, quoted me a price well below what I had been expecting and had my car up on the lift in only 10 minutes. I left with a buddy of mine to run some errands. About an hour later, Glen called with an update. He informed me that the back shocks were completely blown and needed to be replaced. He gave me a couple of options and gave me some time to think about it. I called him back with my choice and he said to give him another hour and it'll all be taken care of. Exactly an hour later he called me back and told me it was all done, the car was being washed and to stop by before 5pm to grab it. I arrived to a very clean and newly lowered car. It looks and handles amazing! Glen and the guys at Dragonfly did an awesome job at nearly half of the rate Cartune Independent Service wanted to charge. And I got new shocks in the back too! Definitely a reputable shop!

I was referred to Dragonfly Auto by a coworker and was a bit cautious for a second mostly because I haven't always had the best experience with mechanics. Ordinarily, its difficult to find a friendly and forthcoming mechanic in a profession where up-selling and under-delivering is the name of the game. Dragonfly is everything you want out of an auto shop. Glen is the owner down at Dragonfly Auto and he delivers timely and cost effective service to his customers. Also, like few other mechanics these days, Glen is knowledgeable and conveys said knowledge about what needs to be done in order for your vehicle to run at optimum performance. From brakes to detailing the interior, Dragonfly has excelled in my estimation. Finding a trustworthy mechanic in my opinion is like finding a nanny. You want someone who is going to take great care of your baby for the best price. Dragonfly Auto is an establishment you feel good about giving your money to mainly because you leave feeling like you got a great deal.
