The staff here is so friendly, I really felt like I was well taken care of. Tom was especially nice and was good about explaining exactly what was going on with my car. I hope I don't have to go back there too soon, but if I have any other mechanical issues, I know where I'm taking my vehicle. Thanks Dragonfly!

I bought a Groupon for 3 oil changes. They are really friendly and a great value. I’ve gone there twice for oil changes, and I just got new tires as well. They price match (and beat) other places. I highly recommend this shop!

I went in to get a oil change and was very promptly helped by the nice gentleman who owned the place . We had a deal from Groupon and they were very fast and efficient !!I am not from San Diego and do not have a local mechanic, I will definitely be going back here to take my car into these fellows who seem to know what they’re doing for any future repairs. I came in for my second oil change from this business as I had such a great experience the last time I went in. It was a great price for a full synthetic oil change, $45 (they run specials on Groupon—but you need to make an appointment if you purchase an oil change from them through Groupon just FYI.) In the process of changing my oil I was told I needed a new air filter, and my tires rotated. I signed off on these services. However, I was told that the last person to do work on my car ruined one of the parts that connects the tire to the car and that it would need to be replaced in order to complete the tire rotation. Unfortunately, it was pretty difficult to find the correct part for my car—the owner placed six different orders in attempt to get the right fit, to no avail. I arrived at 11 AM and between all the extra work, it was 4 PM before we decided I should either take a rental car or Uber home. I chose the latter, and around 10:30 AM the next day I was informed my car was finished, but that the correct part would put my total $100+ more than I was originally quoted. The owner was so kind to charge me the price the shop paid for it rather than the consumer price, because we had no way of knowing that the other parts weren’t going to work. All told, I only spent about $9 more dollars than I was originally quoted, and my car is driving much better. I will be returning!

I love working with Dragonfly Auto! Yep - Love it!! Not only do they have the experise needed to work on my car, but they genuinely CARE about my car and me! They care about my safety and are willing to go the distance to be sure they are returning a solid and safe vehicle. Very easy to work with my Maxcare Warranty. I'll never go anywhere else for my repairs and check-ups!!

I had my brakes fixed and inspection done. Tom and Luis were very helpful and professional. I would recommend Dragonfly to anyone who is looking for good service for less money. Thanks guys! 😁👍
